Cupcake Snowmen

Yield: 24 snowmen

Ingredients:

Cupcakes:
1 package Pillsbury® White Cake
1 cup water
1/3 cup Crisco® Vegetable Oil
3 eggs
1 can Pillsbury® Classic White Frosting
Blue edible glitter or coarse sugar

Snowmen:
48 Marshmallows
Assorted gumdrops
Miniature chocolate chips
String licorice
Miniature candy-coated chocolate pieces

Preparation Directions:

1. Prepare and bake cupcakes as directed on package, cool completely.

2. Frost cupcakes and sprinkle with blue glitter or sugar. Make "snowmen" by attaching 2 marshmallows together with frosting. Attach with frosting: string licorice "scarf", miniature chocolate chip "eyes", candy-coated chocolate pieces for the "buttons". Cut and shape "nose" and "hat" out of gumdrops.
