Apple Walnut Bars

- Pillsbury™ Baking Spray with Flour
- 3 cups finely chopped all-purpose apples (2 large or 3 medium)
- 1 (15.4 oz.) package Pillsbury™ Nut Quick Bread & Muffin Mix
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- HEAT oven to 350ºF. Coat 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan with flour no-stick cooking spray.
- COMBINE apples, quick bread mix, sweetened condensed milk, nuts, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
- BAKE 30 minutes or until golden. Cool completely.
- BEAT cream cheese, butter and vanilla in small bowl until fluffy. Add powdered sugar; beat until smooth. Spread over cooled bars. Cut into bars.
