Ingredients
  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate (60% cacao)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Pillsbury BEST™ Multi-Purpose Gluten Free Flour Blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar
Preparation Directions
  • Step 1Heat oven to 350°F. Line 9-inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Coat with no-stick cooking spray.
  • Step 2Microwave butter and chocolate in large microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 1 minute or until melted and smooth when stirred. Whisk in sugar, vanilla and eggs until blended. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Stir into chocolate mixture. Spread in prepared pan.
  • Step 3Bake 35 to 37 minutes or just until top is firm to the touch. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
