Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water, plus 1 tbsp., divided
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Preparation Directions
- COMBINE 3/4 cup water and sugar in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add lemon juice. Dissolve cornstarch in remaining 1 tablespoon water. Add to saucepan. Stir 1 minute. Add blueberries. Heat 30 seconds. Serve warm.
