Fresh Peach Streusel Pie

Ingredients
- Single Crust Classic Crisco Pie Crust
- 4 cups fresh peeled, sliced peaches (8 medium)
- 1/2 cup Smucker's® Caramel Flavored Topping
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
STREUSEL TOPPING
- 3/4 cup Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation Directions
- PREPARE recipe for single crust pie, using a 9-inch pie plate. Roll out dough for bottom crust and place in pie plate according to recipe directions. Heat oven to 425°F.
- COMBINE peaches, caramel topping, cornstarch and cinnamon in large bowl until evenly moistened. Fill prepared pie crust. For streusel topping, stir flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle evenly over top of peaches.
- BAKE 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 375°F. Continue baking an additional 30 to 35 minutes or until streusel is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Cool at least 3 hours before cutting to allow filling to thicken.
