Funfetti® Holiday Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Cookies

- 1 (17.5 oz.) package Pillsbury® Funfetti® Holiday Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 6 tablespoons Smucker's® Mixed Fruit Jelly
- 1 (13.5 oz.) can Pillsbury® Easy Frost™ Holiday Vanilla Flavored No-Fuss Frosting
- HEAT oven to 375°F.
- COMBINE cookie mix, butter, egg and peanut butter in medium bowl. Mix until soft dough forms. Use 2 level measuring teaspoons of dough to make 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork in a criss-cross pattern.
- BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes. Transfer to wire rack. Cool completely.
- SPREAD flat bottom side of half of the cookies with about 1/2 teaspoon jelly. Top with a small swirl of frosting. Put together with other half of cookies to make a sandwich.
