REMOVE stems from strawberries. Hollow out centers using sharp pairing knife. Cut bottom tip off strawberries. Place frosting in decorating bag fitted with small round tip. Fill each strawberry with frosting.
MICROWAVE chocolate and shortening in small microwave-safe bowl on HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir. Heat additional 20 seconds or until chocolate is melted and smooth when stirred.
DRIZZLE chocolate mixture over each strawberry. Top with decorator sprinkles, if desired. Chill until ready to serve.
