1 cup Pillsbury® Funfetti® Orange All Star™ Vanilla Flavored Frosting
HEAT oven to 350°F. Line 24 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
PREPARE cake mix according to package directions using water, oil and eggs. Divide evenly in prepared muffin cups. Bake 19 to 23 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
MICROWAVE vanilla frosting in microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 20 to 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. Dip tops of cupcakes into frosting. Let stand until set. Make a crescent moon shape with orange frosting. Garnish with decorator sprinkles.
