Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups Pillsbury BEST™ All Purpose Flour, divided
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold butter
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 (8 oz.) milk chocolate bar, broken into chunks
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation Directions
  • Step 1Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13 x 9-inch baking pan with foil.
  • Step 2Combine 1 cup flour and sugar in medium bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press firmly into bottom of prepared pan.
  • Step 3Bake 15 minutes.
  • Step 4Beat sweetened condensed milk, cocoa, egg, remaining 1/4 cup flour, vanilla and baking powder in large bowl. Stir in candy bar chunks and nuts, if desired. Spread over partially baked crust.
  • Step 5Bake an additional 20 minutes or until set. Cool. Use foil to lift out of pan. Cut into bars.
