- HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- STIR coffee crystals into warm water until dissolved. Cool.
- COMBINE brownie mix, oil, dissolved coffee crystals and eggs in large bowl; stir 50 strokes with spoon. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Bake according to package directions. Cool completely. Frost with Easy Mocha Frosting, if desired.
