Ingredients
  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 cup Pillsbury BEST™ Multi-Purpose Gluten Free Flour Blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
Preparation Directions
  • Step 1Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 8-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Stir flour blend, baking soda and salt in small bowl until blended.
  • Step 2Microwave butter in medium microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 30 to 45 seconds or until just melted. Stir in brown sugar until smooth. Stir in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until blended. (Batter will be very thick.) Stir in pecans. Spread in prepared pan.
  • Step 3Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until set in center and edges are light golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
