  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 package Pillsbury™ Purely Simple® White Cake & Cupcake Mix
  • 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation Directions
  • Step 1Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 12-cup Bundt® pan or 10-inch fluted tube pan with no-stick cooking spray. Dust with flour.
  • Step 2Beat cake mix, sour cream, oil, eggs and lemon zest in large bowl with mixer on low speed 1 minute or until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
  • Step 3Bake 40 to 44 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely.
  • Step 4Whisk powdered sugar and 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice in medium bowl. Whisk in additional lemon juice, a 1/2 teaspoon at a time, until thick drizzling consistency. Drizzle over cake.
