Mocha Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 2 packages Folgers® Fresh Breaks™ 100% Colombian Roasted Concentrated Coffee
- OR 2 packets Folgers® Fresh Breaks™ Black Silk Roasted Concentrated Coffee
- OR 2 packets Folgers® Fresh Breaks™ Breakfast Blend Roasted Concentrated Coffee
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 (17.5 oz.) box Pillsbury® Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- HEAT oven to 350° F.
- DISSOLVE coffee in hot water in a large bowl. Beat in egg. Add softened butter and cookie mix. Mix until soft dough is formed. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased baking sheet 2-inches apart.
- BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes before removing from baking sheet.
