Ingredients
  • Pillsbury™ Baking Spray with Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Pillsbury BEST™ All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
FROSTING
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margaine, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
Preparation Directions
  • Step 1Heat oven to 350ºF. Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking pan lightly with flour no-stick cooking spray.
  • Step 2Combine flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
  • Step 3Combine pumpkin, sugar, oil, eggs, brown sugar and orange juice in bowl of electric mixer; beat at low speed until blended, scraping bowl constantly. Add flour mixture. Beat at medium speed until smooth, scraping bowl frequently. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Step 4Bake 35 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool completely.
  • Step 5Beat frosting ingredients at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth. Spread frosting onto baked layer. Cut into bars.
