Ingredients
  • Pillsbury™ Baking Spray with Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Pillsbury BEST™ All Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup raisins
Preparation Directions
  • Step 1Heat oven to 350ºF. Coat a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with flour no-stick cooking spray.
  • Step 2Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and cloves in medium bowl. Whisk together eggs, oil and milk. Add to dry ingredients. Mix until combined. Stir in carrots and raisins. Pour into prepared pan
  • Step 3Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes in pan. Remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely before slicing.
