Funfetti® OREO® Bundt Cake
Ingredients to make cake
Additional Oreo® cookies for decorating (optional)
Heat oven to 350℉. Prepare a 10 inch bundt pan with nonstick spray.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour into pan and bake for 34-38 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan on cooling rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
Place cooled cake on a cardboard cake circle and place on cooling rack with a cookie sheet underneath.
Pour frosting into a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds until it is loose and smooth. Pour over cake to cover sides completely. Top with crushed cookie pieces and additional Oreo® cookies, if desired.
Refrigerate for at least 10-15 minutes. Run a knife underneath the cardboard to loosen excess icing and transfer to serving plate.
