INGREDIENTS

DONUT INGREDIENTS:

1 box Pillsbury Funfetti® Chocolate Cake Donut Mix

1/3 Cup Milk

1/2 Cup Water

2 Eggs

GLAZE INGREDIENTS:

Glaze Pouch (included in the donut mix!)

2-3 tablespoons milk

PREPARATION DIRECTIONS: OVEN BAKED DONUTS AND DONUT HOLES

Step 1

SET oven to 375°F. Coat bottom of pan with no-stick cooking spray. To make donuts use a donut pan, or a mini muffin pan for donut holes.

Step 2

BEAT water, eggs, and milk in medium bowl until fully blended. Add donut mix and stir until fully blended. Fill donut or mini muffin cups 2/3 full. 

Step 3

BAKE donuts for 10-11 minutes*, or donut holes for 9-10 minutes* , or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool and remove from pan. 

Step 4

GLAZE donuts with glaze mix. Combine glaze mix and 2-3 tablespoons milk. Mix until smooth. Use to cover donuts or donut holes. 

PREPARATION DIRECTIONS: FRIED DONUT HOLES

Step 1

HEAT 3-4 inches of oil in a deep fryer or heavy skillet to 325°F.

Step 2

BEAT water, eggs, and milk in medium bowl until fully blended. Add donut mix and stir until fully blended. 

Step 3

DROP donut batter by rounded tablespoonful into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, turning several times, about 3-4 minutes. Drain fried donut holes on paper towels. 

Step 4

GLAZE donuts with glaze mix. Combine glaze mix and 2-3 tablespoons milk. Mix until smooth. Use to cover donuts or donut holes. 

PREPARATION DIRECTIONS: AIR FRIED DONUTS

Step 1

HEAT air fryer to 375°F using the air fryer setting. Coat bottom of silicon mold or donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

BEAT water, eggs, and milk in medium bowl until fully blended. Add donut mix and stir until fully blended. Fill donut cups 2/3 full.

Step 3

AIR FRY for 4-6 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clear. Allow to cool and remove from pan.

Step 4

GLAZE donuts with glaze mix. Combine glaze mix and 2-3 tablespoons milk. Mix until smooth. Use to cover donuts or donut holes. 

 

*Directions developed using conventional oven. Ovens vary; baking time may need to be adjusted.
