Funfetti® x Oreo® Brownie Cookie Sandwiches Recipe
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ cup & 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Piping tip (number 1M)
PREHEAT oven to 375° F. Line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
ADD brownie mix to a medium bowl. Add in eggs, oil and flour. Beat with a hand mixer, stand mixer or wooden spoon until combined and dough comes together, approximately 2 minutes.
FORM cookies into small rounded balls. Place on lined baking sheet 1.5” apart. Top with OREO® Cookie Pieces from brownie mix and press into each cookie.
BAKE for 8-10 minutes until the outsides of the cookies are set and the insides are still soft. Let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Cool completely.
SPOON frosting into a piping bag fitted with piping tip 1M. Piping a frosting swirl onto the bottom of a cookie. Top with OREO® Cookie Pieces from frosting lid. Place another cookie on top to create the sandwich.
