Oreo® Pound Cake Recipe
1 box Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Vanilla Cake Mix with OREO® Cookie Pieces
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Nonstick cooking spray
1 tub Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Vanilla Flavored Frosting with OREO® Cookie Pieces
HEAT oven to 325°F. Coat 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with no-stick cooking spray.
BEAT cream cheese and butter in large bowl with mixer on high speed until fluffy. Add cake mix, eggs, water and oil. Beat on low speed until evenly moistened. Beat on medium speed 1 minute or until batter is smooth. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
BAKE 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely.
CUT pound cake into desired amount of slices. Spread frosting on each slice. Top with OREO® Cookie Pieces from frosting lid.
