1 box Pillsbury Funfetti Holiday Cake Mix with Candy Bits

Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package directions

FROSTING AND DECORATING INGREDIENTS:

Pillsbury Funfetti Holiday Red Vanilla Flavored Frosting

Pillsbury Funfetti Holiday Green Vanilla Flavored Frosting

Pillsbury Vanilla Flavored Frosting Filled Pastry Bag

Colorful candy coated peanuts

Fruit chewy candies for lights

Yogurt covered pretzels

Gold foil covered caramels

PREPARATION DIRECTIONS

CAKE INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1

Set oven to 350°F. Coat 9x13-inch cake pan generously with nonstick spray.

Step 2

In a large bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs per package instructions.

Step 3

Pour batter into cake pan and bake 34-38 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Step 4

Cool 15 minutes on baking rack.

Step 5

Once cake has cooled completely, transfer onto platter for decorating.

DECORATING DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Once cooled, frost cake completely, including the sides, with green holiday frosting using a knife, spatula, piping bag or plastic bag with corner tip cut.

Step 2

Using the vanilla pastry bag, pipe a v-neck and bottoms down the front of the cake.

Step 3

Place foil wrapped candy or cookies down the front of the sweater cake as buttons.

Step 4

Fill a piping bag or plastic bag with corner tip cut with red holiday frosting. Pipe red stripes across the sweater.

Step 5

To make lights, cut fruit chewy candies in half and stick to candy coated almonds.

Step 6

Add yogurt covered pretzels and gold foil covered caramels for extra ugly sweater decorations!
