INGREDIENTS

1 box Pillsbury Funfetti® Premium Cake & Cupcake Mix

½ cup softened butter

½ cup milk

3 eggs

2 tubs PillsburyFunfetti® Radiant Red Vanilla Flavored Frosting

PREPARATION DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350℉. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or spray lightly with non-stick baking spray.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, butter, water and eggs. Mix until well combined.

Step 3

Scoop batter with a medium cookie scoop onto prepared baking sheets leaving about an inch between each scoop.

Step 4

Bake for 8-10 minutes until set. Cool for 2 minutes before removing from sheets and placing onto a cooling rack. Cool completely before filling.

Step 5

Once cookies are cooled, pipe frosting onto the flat side of one cookie. Place another cookie flat side face down and sandwich. Roll the sides of the cookies in sprinkles from frosting.
