1 package Pillsbury™ Moist Supreme® Yellow Cake Mix (or Golden Butter)

Ingredients to prepare cake mix according to package instructions

1 tsp ground ginger

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

½ tsp allspice

3 tbsp molasses or dark brown sugar

1 tub Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® Cream Cheese Frosting (or Vanilla)

Mini gingerbread sugar cookies (optional, for decoration)


Step 1

Prepare cupcakes according to box instructions but add the spice mixture and sugar to the batter. Bake 24 cupcakes and let cool completely. 

Step 2

Prepare a piping bag with a large star tip and fill with frosting. Pipe a large swirl. Decorate with mini gingerbread sugar cookies.
