3 Layer Halloween Brownie Towers Recipe
1 box Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Slime Brownie Mix with Candy Bits
Additional ingredients to prepare brownie mix per box directions
1 tub Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Slime Frosting
Round cookie cutter
Piping tip (number 4B)
PREPARE brownie mix according to box instructions. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal. Spray the parchment paper with non-stick cooking spray too. Pour brownie batter onto the baking sheet.
BAKE at 350° F for 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool completely. Lift the brownies out of the pan using the parchment paper overhanging.
USING a round cutter, cut out circles for mini brownies. Enjoy remaining scraps of brownies for a chef’s snack.
SPOON frosting into a piping bag fitted with a piping tip 4B. Pipe a rosette onto one round of a mini brownie. Add the second and third layers of the mini brownie tower and top with sprinkles from frosting lid.
