

Holiday Cookie Cake Skillet Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 bag Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Sugar Cookie Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare sugar cookie mix according to package instructions
1 tub Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Radiant Red Vanilla Flavored Frosting
Piping bag
Piping tip (number 2D)
Optional: ice cream
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 375° F. Mix sugar cookie mix according to package instructions.
Step 2
GREASE an ovenproof skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Spread cookie dough evenly into the skillet.
Step 3
BAKE for 20-25 minutes or until cookie cake is lightly golden brown. Cool completely.
Step 4
SPOON frosting into a piping bag fitted with piping tip 2D. Pipe a decorative border around the edge of the cookie skillet. Add sprinkles from frosting lid. Top with ice cream if desired.
