Hot Roll Bread Loaf

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Prepare an 8x4 inch loaf pan by coating with no- stick spray.
Combine bread mix and yeast in a mixing bowl; mix well. Add 1 cup (224g) warm water 90-100°F, 2 tablespoons soft butter (28g), and 1 egg (52g). Stir until soft dough forms. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface.
Knead dough 5 minutes until smooth. To knead, fold dough over towards you. Press down and away with the heels of your hands. Rotate dough a quarter turn; continue kneading. Sprinkle additional flour over surface to reduce stickiness.
Cover dough and allow to rest 15 minutes.
Shape dough into a loaf and place in prepared loaf pan. Cover and let rise in warm area 45-60 minutes, depending on the warmth of your kitchen. Let rise until the loaf has crowned about 1 inch over the rim of the pan.
Bake in pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
Brush the top of hot loaf with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Cool completely on a baking rack.
