Funfetti® Milk-Filled Cookie Cups Recipe
Additional ingredients to prepare cookie mix per package directions
Milk or white chocolate chips

Cookie Shot Glass Pan
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter and egg. Mix until combined.
Form cookie dough into rounded balls (2 Tbsp. each). Grease cookie shot mold cavities and inserts well with non-stick cooking spray. Place each cookie ball into each cavity. Place the insert into the cavity and press evenly in the center firmly, until the dough rises to the top of the cavity. Be sure to trim any excess dough prior to baking.
Bake for 6-8 minutes in preheated oven. Let the cookies cool in the cookie shot mold for at least 20 minutes. Gently twist the inserts and remove from the cookie shots. Transfer the cookie shots to a cooling rack. Once the cookie shots have completely cooled on the counter, trim any uneven edges of the cookie shots.
Put the cookie shots into an airtight container and transfer to the fridge overnight (10 hours minimum).
The next day, melt the milk or white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until the chips are melted. Remove the cookie shots from the fridge. Using a small spoon or pastry brush, coat the insides of the cookie shots with the melted chocolate, being careful to seal any holes in the cookie shots.
Place the cookie shots and chocolate into the freezer for 20 minutes. Remove the cookie shots from the freezer and pipe Funfetti holiday frosting onto the rim of the cookie shot. Dip the rim carefully into Funfetti sprinkles.
If enjoying immediately, fill the cookie shots with milk and serve. If serving later, keep the cookie shots in the fridge until ready to serve and wait to add milk. Enjoy!
