Molten Chocolate Cobbler
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 2/3 cups hot water
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Beat cake, milk, butter and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until blended. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
SPRINKLE evenly with cocoa and brown sugar. Pour hot water evenly over top; do not stir.
BAKE 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Let stand 10 minutes. Spoon into serving dishes. Top with ice cream.
