Salted Caramel Brownie Sundaes
Additional ingredients to prepare brownie mix per package directions
3/4 cup pecan pieces
1 jar , divided
Vanilla or chocolate ice cream
Sweetened whipped cream
HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat 9-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions using oil, water and egg. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until almost set.
SPRINKLE pecans over brownie layer. Drizzle with 1/2 cup caramel topping tilting pan to spread evenly. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until topping is bubbly and pecans are lightly browned. Cool completely.
CUT brownies into squares. Place in serving dishes. Top with ice cream. Drizzle with remaining caramel topping, as desired. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
