Additional ingredients to prepare cookie mix per package directions
1 (12 oz.) package white baking chips
Colorful fruit roll-up, miniature marshmallows, miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips and orange sprinkles for garnish
18 peanut butter cup minis, cut in half lengthwise
PREPARE cookie mix according to package directions to make 36 cookies. Cool completely.
MICROWAVE white chips in medium microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 1 minute. Stir. Microwave an additional 30 to 45 seconds or until melted and smooth when stirred.
CUT fruit roll-up into 36 (2 x 1/2-inch) small rectangles. Snip short ends to resemble scarf. Arrange 1 scarf on each cookie. Place 1 mini marshmallow on top of each cookie. Spoon about 1 teaspoon melted chips over each marshmallow to completely cover. Immediately arrange a peanut butter cup half, cut side down, on each cookie to resemble a top hat. Arrange 2 mini chips for eyes and 1 sprinkle for nose on each cookie. Let stand until coating is set.
