Tutti-Frutti Brownie Cake
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup plus 2/3 cups water, divided
2 egg whites
1 cup colorful fruit flavored sweetened rice cereal
HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Stir brownie mix, butter, 1/4 cup water and 2 eggs in large bowl 50 strokes or until blended. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes.
PREPARE cupcake & cake mix batter according to package instructions using 2/3 cup water, oil and egg whites while brownie layer is baking. Spoon cake batter over hot brownie layer; spread evenly. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until cake is set when lightly touched in center of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
SPREAD frosting evenly on top of cake. Sprinkle with cereal just before serving. Top with candy bits from frosting.
