Banana Cinnamon Swirl Muffins Recipe
2 ripe bananas, smashed (bananas will replace eggs in recipe)
Oil and milk per package instructions
Smash bananas, add quick bread mix, eggs and oil. Combine, making sure to not overmix.
Line muffin pan with cupcake liners
Fill liners with one tablespoon of batter, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar from package. Add another tablespoon of batter on top and sprinkle with sugar again.
Bake muffins until a toothpick comes out clean, about 15-20 mins
Let cool in the pan and remove once cool to the touch. Drizzle with icing package and enjoy!
