INGREDIENTS

1 box Pillsbury™ Banana Quick Bread & Muffin Mix

1 cup water

1/2 cup oil

2 eggs

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup melted chocolate chips

PREPARATION DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F. Prepare banana quick bread batter according to package directions.

Step 2

Roughly divide the batter into two bowls. Add 1/2 cup peanut butter to one bowl and stir just until combined. Add 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips to the other bowl and stir just until combined.

Step 3

Prepare a loaf pan with baking spray (optional: add a sheet of parchment paper as a "sling" to pick up the bread later). Alternate scoops of both batters into the prepared pan. Shake the pan to remove any air bubbles. Make a zigzag pattern just once with a butter knife through the batter to gently swirl.

Step 4

Bake according to package directions for your size loaf pan. The bread is ready when a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!
