Cream Cheese Frosted Pumpkin Skillet Cookie
1 stick softened butter
Heat oven to 350.
Mix together mix, butter, and egg until a soft dough forms. Set aside.
Grease an 8” cast iron skillet. Roll dough into a large ball and press into the skillet. Bake 13-15 minutes until browning around the edges. Let cool.
Frost cookie while still in the skillet. Slice and enjoy!
