2 cups Pillsbury Best All Purpose Flour

½ cup powdered sugar

1 cup butter


4 large eggs, beaten

2 cups white sugar

⅓ cup lemon juice

¼ cup Pillsbury Best All Purpose Flour

½ teaspoon baking powder


Valentine’s Candy Hearts (optional)

½ cup powdered sugar



Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups Pillsbury Best™ All Purpose Flour, powdered sugar, and butter. Mix with hands until it clings together.

Step 2

Press dough into a 9x13x2-inch pan.

Step 3

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.

In a separate large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and lemon juice until well-combined.

In a medium bowl, sift together flour and baking powder. Stir into egg mixture.

Remove base crust from oven and let cool. Pour filling over crust.

Step 4

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Allow the bars to cool completely at room temperature. Cut into squares. Place a candy heart on top of each square and lightly dust each bar with powdered sugar. Remove candy hearts and enjoy!
