Funfetti® Mother's Day Cake Recipe
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box directions
Piping tip (number 1M)
PREPARE cake mix according to box instructions in a 13x9 baking dish. Cool completely.
TRACE “MOM” onto parchment paper or printer paper and cut out individual letters.
SPREAD Funfetti vanilla frosting in a thin layer onto the cooled cake. Freeze for 30 minutes.
REMOVE cake from freezer. Place “MOM” letters onto the center of the cake. Spread a small amount of frosting on a cake spatula over the “MOM” letters. Carefully peel “MOM” letters off. Fill in letters with sanding sugar from the Funfetti Hot Pink Vanilla Frosting tub.
SPOON Funfetti Hot Pink Vanilla Frosting into a piping bag fitted with a piping tip (number 1M). Pipe decorative border around cake and top with sprinkles from Funfetti Unicorn frosting lid.
