Holiday Mini Cake Trays Recipe
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box instructions
1 bag of Christmas Tree Nougats
Mini disposable round cake pans
Leaf piping tip
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
PREPARE cake mix according to box instructions. Grease mini disposable cake pans with non-stick cooking spray. Place a handful of holiday chocolate candies into each mini cake tray. Fill each pan halfway with cake batter. Top with additional holiday chocolate candies.
BAKE at 350°F for 13-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely.
TINT frosting green with food coloring.
SPOON frosting into a piping bag fitted with a ribbon piping tip. Pipe smooth zig zags onto each mini cake. Top with sprinkles from the frosting lid. Serve and enjoy!
