Marshmallow Flower Cupcakes Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 box of Pillsbury™ Moist Supreme® Yellow Cake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box instructions
1 tub of Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® Vanilla Frosting
Large marshmallows
Sanding sugar
Pastel chocolate button-shaped candies
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
Step 2
MIX together cake mix, water, oil, and eggs to make cupcakes. Add liners to cupcake pan. Fill each 3/4 full of batter. Bake 12-14 minutes or until tops are fully set. Let cool completely.
Step 3
FROST each cupcake with vanilla frosting, using an offset spatula or a butter knife.
Step 4
Under adult supervision, cut marshmallows in half using a scissor. Pour colored sanding sugar onto a plate. Press the sticky side of each marshmallow into the sugar. Place on top of the cupcakes to form flowers. Add a chocolate candy to the centers of each cupcake. Serve and enjoy!
