Melted Ice Cream Cake Recipe
2 cups melted ice cream, measured while melted and at room temperature
Ice cream cone
PREHEAT oven to 350F. Stir together cake mix with 3 eggs and 2 cups of room temperature melted ice cream until well blended. Pour batter into a prepared 9x5 loaf pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Tent cake with foil halfway through baking, if desired, to prevent excess browning on top. Let cool completely.
INVERT cake and frost all sides with Funfetti Radiant Red Vanilla Frosting. Add a “spill” of vanilla frosting on top of the red. Scoop frosting into ice cream cone, then cover in sprinkles from frosting lid. Invert ice cream cone onto middle of the cake. Decorate with remaining sprinkles.
