INGREDIENTS

BROWNIES

No-Stick Cooking Spray

1 box Pillsbury Chocolate Fudge Flavored Brownie Mix

2/3 cup Pure Vegetable Oil

1/4 cup water

2 large eggs

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

FROSTING

1 tablespoon Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee Crystals

2 tablespoons hot water

2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION DIRECTIONS

Step 1

For Brownies: PREPARE brownie mix according to package directions using oil, water and eggs. Stir in cinnamon.

Step 2

BAKE in 13 x 9-inch baking pan according to package directions. Cool completely.

Step 3

For Frosting: DISSOLVE coffee granules in hot water in large bowl. Add powdered sugar, butter, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt; beat until smooth. Spread frosting over cooled bars. Chill at least 1 hour or until frosting is set.
