Pillsbury Pretzel Flower Cupcakes
INGREDIENTS
1 box Pillsbury™ Moist Supreme® Yellow Cake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions
1 tub Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® White Frosting
Blue food coloring
1 package mini pretzels
1 package white candy melts
1 package pastel chocolate-covered candies
Piping bag and tip (1M)
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cupcakes according to the package directions. Cool completely.
Step 2
Arrange pretzels on a lined baking sheet, and top with one melting wafer in the center. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until wafer is melted. Working quickly, arrange chocolate covered candies in a flower shape on top of the pretzel.
Step 3
Tint frosting light blue and add to piping bag. Pipe low swirls on the cupcakes and top with flower pretzels.
