Pool Day Cupcakes Recipe
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package directions
Blue food coloring
Fruit-flavored gummy candy rings
Small bear-shaped graham crackers
Prepare cake mix according to package instructions using water, oil and eggs to make 24 cupcakes. Cool completely.
Combine 2-3 drops blue food coloring and vanilla frosting. Spoon blue frosting into one large decorating bag fitted with large round tip. Frost cupcakes in a back and forth motion to mimic waves.
Insert bear crackers into centers of gummy candy rings. Arrange on top of frosting.
