INGREDIENTS

1 (16 oz.) package Pillsbury™ Hot Roll Mix

1 cup hot water, 120° to 130°F

2 tablespoons butter, softened

1 large egg

Pillsbury BEST™ All Purpose Flour, as needed to handle dough

Nonstick cooking spray

1 cup butter, melted

1 cup light brown sugar

½ cup white sugar

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

PREPARATION DIRECTIONS

Step 1

COMBINE flour and yeast packets from roll mix in large bowl. Stir in hot water, butter and egg until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Knead dough on lightly floured surface 5 minutes until smooth, adding more flour as needed. Cover; let rest 5 minutes. 

Step 2

Set out one bowl with 1 cup melted butter. In another bowl, combine light brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon.

Prepare a tube pan with baking spray or butter and flour. Divide dough into many small tablespoon-sized pieces. Dip each ball into melted butter, then roll it in the sugar coating. Add to prepared pan. Pour any extra melted butter over the pan. Cover and let rise in warm place (80° to 85°F) 30 minutes or until doubled in size.

Step 3

Preheat oven to 350F. UNCOVER dough. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes, then carefully invert the pan onto a plate. Serve warm.
