24 ice cream sugar cones
PREPARE cake mix according to package instructions using water, oil and eggs to make 24 cupcakes. Cool completely.
FROST cupcakes with a butter knife or spatula with a thin layer of frosting. Add sprinkles onto cupcakes from sprinkles lid.
FROST inverted ice cream sugar cones with Funfetti frosting. Place cones carefully onto each cupcake. Place mini marshmallows horizontally around the base of the inverted ice cream cone and then one on top for the hat.
