Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup water
Heat oven to 350℉.
Prepare two 8-inch round baking pans with nonstick spray.
Beat cake mix, mayonnaise, water, and eggs on medium speed for 2 minutes. Divide evenly between 2 pans.
Bake for 30-34 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pans, then turn out onto cool rack to cool completely.
Level cake layers with serrated knife. Place 1 cake layer on cake plate. Spread Chocolate frosting on top of cake.
Top with second cake layer. Frost the top and sides of the cake.
