1 box Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Premium Cake and Cupcake Mix
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons milk
1 container Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Vanilla Flavored Frosting or 12 ounces White Candy Melts
Heat oven to 350°F.
Stir together cake mix, butter, milk and eggs until completely combined and a thick dough forms.
Shape dough into a 10 inch x 5 inch rectangle on the cookie sheet. If dough is sticky, grease your hands with no-stick cooking spray.
Bake 22 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely on wire rack, about 25-30 minutes.
Cut cooled dough into 3/4-inch slices.
Place slices, cut sides down, on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes longer or until edges are deep golden brown.
Flip biscotti and bake for 5-10 more minutes, or until the bottom side is golden.
Cool 5 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper.
If using Funfetti Frosting, pour into a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds until it is loose and smooth. Dip bottoms of biscotti into frosting and decorate with sprinkles. Set on prepared cookie sheet. Refrigerate to set icing.
If using Candy Melts, melt according to package directions. Dip bottoms of biscotti into melted candy.
