1 box Pillsbury Funfetti® Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix

¼ cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

Candy bits from brownie mix


Step 1

PREHEAT oven to 375° F. Line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Step 2

ADD Funfetti brownie mix to a medium bowl. Add in eggs, oil and flour. Beat with a hand mixer, stand mixer or wooden spoon until combined and dough comes together, approximately 2 minutes. 

Step 3 

FORM cookies into rounded balls with 2 Tbsp. of dough for each cookie. Place on lined baking sheet 1.5” apart. Top with candy bits from brownie mix and press into each cookie.

Step 4

BAKE for 8-10 minutes until the outsides of the cookies are set and the insides are still soft. Let cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Cool completely and enjoy.
