Funfetti® Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 box Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Premium Cake & Cupcake Mix
2 eggs
½ cup oil
Vanilla ice cream
Funfetti® Confetti sprinkles
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
Step 2
MIX cake mix, eggs and oil in a medium mixing bowl until combined. Scoop medium sized balls onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Step 3
BAKE at 350° for 9-11 min. Let cool completely.
Step 4
LET ice cream sit on the counter for 5 minutes to soften. Scoop ice cream onto a cookie. Top with another cookie to create the sandwich. Roll each sandwich in Funfetti Confetti sprinkles. Serve immediately.
