Banana Cream Cupcakes Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 box Pillsbury™ Moist Supreme® White Cake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions
1 package of instant white chocolate pudding
2 bananas ( one for filling one for garnish)
Whipped cream
Banana cream pudding (already made and fully set)
Mini vanilla wafer cookies (about 1 cup full)
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cupcake batter according to the package instructions, adding in the package of white chocolate instant pudding. Bake cupcakes and let cool completely.
Step 2
Take 1/2 cup of your mini vanilla wafers and crush them. Remove the center of the cupcake and fill with crushed vanilla wafers, banana cream pudding & banana slices.
Step 3
Top with whipped cream, remaining vanilla wafers and banana slices
