Cheesecake Swirl Brownies
Additional ingredients to prepare brownie mix per package directions
Food coloring (green)
Set oven to 350°F for metal or glass pan. For dark coated pan, set over to 325°F. Coat bottom of 8 x 8 x 9-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine brownie mix, oil, water and egg in large bowl; stir 50 strokes with spoon. Spread into prepared pan.
Combine filling mix, 2 tablespoons water and egg in small bowl; mix with spoon until smooth. Add 3-4 drops of green food coloring to this mix and stir. Drop by spoonful onto brownie batter.
Bake at 350°F for metal or glass plan. For dark coated pan, bake at 325°F. For 8x8-inch pan, 36 to 39 minutes. For 9x9-inch pan, 33 to 36 minutes.
Cut and serve when completely cooled. Store loosely covered.
