Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions
Pink melting candy wafers
Pink and silver sugar pearls
Prepare cupcakes according to package instructions. Let cool completely.
Melt candy wafers and pour into a piping bag. Cut a small piece off of the tip. Pipe “Love” and hearts onto a piece of parchment paper. Let set.
Place a star tip into a piping bag, fill it with Frosting. Pipe a dollop onto each cupcake.
Place sugar pearls on each cupcake. Place set candy writing and hearts.
